We had an incredible stay at Elysium. The property was small and private, exactly what we were looking for. The spacious rooms were tastefully decorated, and we even had an open-air shower. The manager, Nuan, went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, even during bad weather. Sitting by the pool in the rain and storm was a truly unforgettable experience. The courteous crew and excellent cuisine added to the special feeling of being at a home away from home. Highly recommended. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The private swimming pool was clean and well-maintained, a great way to relax and cool off. the Sri Lankan breakfast was lavish and delicious, a perfect start to the day. - the staff were excellent and provided attentive and courteous service.
The rooms could use a little renovation, with rusted lampshades and some issues with the paint and roof. There was a minor insect problem, which could be improved with permanent solutions.

The hotel was situated along the beach, which was great for morning walks and scenic views. the Sri Lankan breakfast was authentic and delicious. the staff was friendly and helped us in organizing trips to nearby attractions. the pool was huge and well-maintained. the sound of waves crashing against the shore was very relaxing at night.
The rooms were a bit small for our liking, especially for the price we paid. Although there were many lounging areas, there were not enough shaded areas or umbrellas for when it got too hot.

This hotel is located right off the beach, so you are just footsteps away from the ocean. You can enjoy the beautiful scenery of the ocean from the comfort of your room or take a walk on the beach at Talpe. the rooms are very spacious and clean with great amenities and the food is delicious. you can enjoy a well-equipped gym or relax by the swimming pool in the beautiful gardens while enjoying the monkeys play.
The hotel experienced power issues during a recent storm which caused some inconvenience.

We had a luxurious stay at this hotel, with exclusive amenities that fulfilled all our needs and desires. the service was impeccable, with the staff always ready to provide assistance in a friendly and professional manner. the outdoor swimming pool was a highlight, with a sun terrace and beautiful garden area that made us feel relaxed and refreshed. the beach access was also an advantage, allowing us to soak up the sun and enjoy the stunning views of the coast. the restaurant provided delicious meals, with in-room breakfast and packed lunch options also available for our convenience.
The only minor issue we encountered was the Spa and wellness centre, which did not have a massage service available on site. the hotel hired out therapists, but the quality of the service was not up to par.

What a great stay! Loved the stunning private pool area and the spacious and clean rooms. The Sri Lankan breakfast was remarkable, and we enjoyed it every morning. Moreover, this hotel is in a fantastic location as it's just a short walk to the beach. Another thing we appreciated was the helpful staff, going above and beyond to make our stay comfortable.
Only one thing, there was a bit of limited variety in the menu selection and snack options available on the premises. However, it wasn't really a big deal for us since we spent most of our time exploring the city, and there were plenty of food options nearby. we had a great experience, and we'd gladly return on our next visit.
